City of Mackay Emergency Operations Plan
This Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) was adopted by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Mackay, by Ordinance #449 on March 12, 2019. It supersedes any and all previous plans. Approval of this EOP remains in effect until a change of plan is presented to and approved by the Mayor and City Council.
